San Ramon Regional Medical Center Names Hassan Mirza Chief Human Resources Officer

San Ramon, Calif. – May 18, 2022 – San Ramon Regional Medical Center has appointed Hassan Mirza as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 18, 2022.
“We are excited to have Hassan join us here at San Ramon Regional Medical Center. He brings with him many years of experience and excellent knowledge in the human resources field,” said Ann Lucena, CEO of San Ramon Regional Medical Center. “Hassan will be a great addition to our leadership team.”
Hassan joins San Ramon Regional Medical Center from Medtronic where he has been serving as the Director of Human Resources, Global Compliance and Employee Relations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to Medtronic, Hassan was the Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations at AbbVie, a research-based biopharmaceutical company in Sunnyvale. He has also served in various Human Resources leadership roles at John Muir Health, Blue Shield of California, Kaiser Permanente and the United States Department of Homeland Security.
Hassan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Economics from California State University in Hayward, Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Doctorate degree in Public Policy from Northeastern University in Boston, and Master’s in Business Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
