Dec 22, 2020

Healthy-280-x-250What are the keys to leading a healthy life during a pandemic? Many factors can affect your health. Some you cannot control, such as your age or your genetic makeup, while others you can control, like diet and exercise that can change your life for the better. By taking steps toward healthy living, you can help reduce your risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke and other medical issues. Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean hours of training at the gym and eating only salad leaves, it’s about making easy-to-manage lifestyle choices.

Starting in January, we will begin offering a free web series featuring local medical experts titled: “Lunch Chats – Keeping You Healthy.” We hope you will join us for one or more of these webinars to help you get on the path to living a happy, healthy life.
