San Ramon Regional Medical Center Receives Award from Red Cross

Nov 29, 2022

San Ramon Regional Medical Center was honored on Nov. 29, 2022, at the 6th Annual Partner Recognition event hosted by the Contra Costa County Red Cross Leadership Council.

The hospital, along with our Business Development Associate Jackie Vargas, received the Blood Services Partnership Award for our "collaboration with the American Red Cross in supporting their mission to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by hosting blood drives."

San Ramon Regional Medical Center is proud to host regular blood drives at our facility for our employees and our community.

Every day, blood donors help patients of all ages: accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients, and those battling cancer. In fact, every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood. One donation can potentially save up to three lives. Your donation can truly make a difference.
